Shipping policy

PACKAGING

 At Rise Oil Company, while we strive for the perfect experience, we embrace our small batch, hand-packaged process. Please know that we try to package all products carefully, securely, and as perfectly as humanly possible. Please understand there may be slight variations in packaging as we also try to keep sustainability at the forefront.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently ship to any address in the United States including the contiguous 48 states, the District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii, all U.S Territories that receive Priority Mail service, and any P.O. box. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time nor do we ship to freight forwarders’ addresses. Any orders completed using a freight forwarder are not eligible for insurance claims, refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. We do not have control over the conditions with which freight forwarders ship our products and are not able to guarantee their condition upon arrival. 

FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer free USPS shipping to anywhere in the United States on all pre-tax orders of $25.00 or more after all promotional or sales discounts have been applied. 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

In order to ensure timely and secure delivery we solely use USPS, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express to ship all orders. All shipping charges include processing, packaging, and transportation. We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please note, we do not take responsibility for any stolen or lost packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for such issues.

With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 2 business days from when the order was placed. Sunday deliveries are subject to USPS standard terms. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. Please allow 1 to 2 business days after a package arrives for the additional package(s) to arrive if you are missing items in a large order. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

Please note we will not be shipping on the following holidays:

  • New Years Eve
  • New Year’s Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Memorial Day

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS 

To minimize the risk of damage or loss, all products are shipped USPS Priority Mail and include tracking and insurance up to the purchase value. In the case of missing contents, stolen, or lost items it is the responsibility of the customer or recipient to file a claim with USPS. However, if the shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email ordersupport@riseoilcompany.com and include order number, photos, as well as a description of the issue. Note that in the case of damaged items received, we will require a photo or photos depicting the issue in order to resolve the claim. We will make every effort to resolve damaged or lost shipment claims with USPS within 5-10 business days and issue you a full refund or reship your order at no cost at that time.
